- Send out agreed terms of sale (memorandum of sale) to relevant parties, whereby your solicitors will prepare contracts, organise related documentation such as fixtures & fittings, enquiries to searches and title documents. Residential Property Sole Selling Rights (working with Jarlands as sole agent) 1.2% (1.44% including VAT)
Residential Multi Agency (working with Jarlands and others) 1.5% (1.8% including VAT)
Commercial Property Sole Agency 2.5% (3% including VAT)
As well as our traditional (Private Treaty) service we offer sellers the option of selling via our online auctions (traditional & conditional) which presents some strong benefits for both sellers and buyers. Sellers with property to be sold chain free can benefit from selling in weeks with a transparent system and timescales.
